Training Process:

The Forge Initiative group trains on a regular basis of at minimum of (1) two day Field Training Exercise per month. At maximum of (1) single day 8hr training course of varying curriculums, and (1) two day Field Training Exercise per month.
 
These training events are generally held on both private and public land, depending on the classes and needed terrain. 
 
The events are primarily located in the Central and North-Centeral sections of the state.

SWORD Events: are based primarily around firearms training either on a flat range or in a sqaud based tactical environment.

SHIELD Events: are based around group development in small unit tactics and individual skill, in order to increase the effectiveness in group operations, both on and off the field.

SPEAR Events: are formed around the development of individual survival skills from firestarting to rewarming winter weather drills.

ANVIL Events: are done on a as needed basis, as this is the final process that members go through to be fully Forged into being a FMWR Patched Member.

Anvil Events:

Anvil Events are the most sacred events that we hold to Forge Associate members into being truly Patched Members, with limited exceptions.

These events help build on the bonds of our members in both a physical and mental level.
